Prior to attending clinics are ‘Are you due for you telephone or video clinic’?

The My Type 1 Diabetes website is a public information website that is accessible to all.

Due to the current restrictions that are in place, we are running our clinics remotely, and to assist with your consultation we would like you to upload or write your blood glucose results at home. Either by:

1. Upload glucose meter readings – here is a ‘how to’ guide  and watch this YouTube video
2. Upload Freestyle Libre data – Have you registered with my LibreView?
3. Alternatively please record at least last two weeks’ glucose readings in a diary.
